All direct flights from Canada to Switzerland are bound for Zürich. Air Canada offers daily nonstop flights from Toronto, with connections available from Calgary, Montréal and Vancouver. Swissair offers nonstop flights from Montréal, with connections from Toronto and Vancouver. At the time of writing, low-season round-trip APEX fares to Zürich were around C$850–950 from Montréal, C$880–930 from Toronto and C$1100–1260 from Vancouver. Both Air Canada and Swissair run special promotional offers to Zürich regularly, so keep checking and you’ll probably turn up some sort of discounted flight.
