Can the EU get any information from my Swiss bank account?

There is absolutely no exchange of information about Swiss bank account owners between Switzerland and the EU, nor any other country. Swiss bank secrecy is not changed in the least by the new ESD tax. This of course doesn't mean that you are not legally required to report the income in your country of residence - ask a local tax accountant if in doubt.<
