If the money you intend to deposit on your account comes from the sale of a house, you can prove its economic origin with the following documents:

  • Proof of your ownership of the house (such as an extract from the land registry)
  • Realtor's notice or brochure for your house with photos and description of the house
  • Mortgage documents if applicable
  • Proof of sale of the house if the house has already been sold
