Can I bring my family with me?
Home > Swiss Residency > Residence permits > FAQ > EU citizens > Family

If you become a Swiss resident and you have a EU passport, many members of your family can come with you if they depend on you financially dependent: your spouse and your children of course, but also all your descendants and ascendants (children, parents, grand-parents, nephews, nieces, great-grand-children, etc...). This is a very generous benefit of the bilateral agreements with the EU.
